Hi I'm Ella! I've been dealing with severe anxiety for a few years now. I've been to counseling, therapy at school, and have tried every single piece of advice out there. I struggle with overwhelming thoughts and anxiety attacks almost everyday. I also can get overloaded by loud environments. I wanted to create a group where having mental health struggles is ok.
