A group devoted to restoring the values of hats that have a low RAP, low volume, and high prices. This group is not BC only because NBCers can PM users selling projected hats to ask them to lower the price and raise the volume. If you are reciving a large donation, get a lower value item and sell it for the amount he/she is donating and sell it for that much to raise the value of an item
