The Commonwealth of Alleghany is a resilient Midwestern successor state forged in the chaos following the nuclear decapitation of the United States. With Washington D.C. obliterated and federal authority shattered, Alleghany emerged from the heartland—an alliance of former Midwest counties and cities unified under a shared commitment to order, neutrality, and agrarian self-reliance. (Moderator Note : This group is meant to represent the year 1992, and we follow ToS, any similarities between real life is purely coincidental.)
