Description

𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐋 𝐒𝐔𝐁𝐀𝐇 The Bengal Subah, also known as Mughal Bengal or Bengal State (after 1717), was a major province of the Mughal Empire from the 16th to 18th centuries. It covered much of the Bengal region, including present-day Bangladesh, West Bengal, and parts of Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha. Formed after the fall of the Bengal Sultanate, it became one of the wealthiest and most prosperous regions in the Indian subcontinent and was home to the most formidable troops of the Mughal Empire!
