This ensures them that they would have discipline, obedience, and leadership. They will be taught the things an Officer would act. The Cadets would also be taught how to be close with their colleagues in order to build a strong bond of comradeship. They are assured to be the officers the Army needs. [𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏] To join the OCS you must pass the applications or get recommended by your respective division high command.
