The kingdom of Ba Sing Se is based after the Fire Nations Conquest, when Rebels tore the city apart and divided it, the Earth Kingdom fell apart. And left the remaining citys and towns to fend for themselfs. Many alligned to one city but Ba Sing Se is the most dominant and the only one that stands a chance for the upcoming events.
