𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 The Warsaw Treaty Organization (WTO), officially the Treaty of Friendship and also known as the "Warsaw Pact", was a collective multi-national defense treaty signed in Warsaw, Poland between the Soviet Union and its satellite buffer states. It was created as a direct response to the integration of West Germany into NATO.
