Description
The Culture & Code: Gangs like the Black Emperors and Spectre grew into massive organizations with thousands of members, operating under strict, military-like internal hierarchies and a samurai-inspired honor code. At its absolute peak in 1982, the police estimated there were over 42 thousand active Bōsōzoku members across Japan.
