Description
Backstory: Each tower was assigned a lone watchman. They were told to keep notes, watch for fire, and never leave their post at night. By 1983, two of the towers were abandoned no official reason given. One watchman left behind a full logbook, the final page reading only: “It’s not the fire that worries me. It’s what walks after it.” Now it’s 1985. A new team of four has been assigned to the towers. No ceremony. No briefing. Just names on a list and keys left at the ranger station. You are one of them. Your job is simple: keep watch, record anything unusual, and do not leave your post. You’re told it’s all routine — just a precaution. But the forest hasn’t made a sound in days. Not even the birds.
