Each individual that is admitted into this program will be trialled and evaluated on combat aptitude and obedience. Graduates of this program will be allowed the opportunity to enlist in the Syndicate, thus becoming a fully-fledged member. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Rank information During the three phases of the Ascension Program, members will have multiple focus points within their progression. When deemed eligible, these members will have the opportunity to advance into the graduation phase. From there, each candidate will be assessed on their performance and put under intense review.
