Its members include ghouls, defectors, and investigators operating beyond official authority, united not by origin, but by caution and shared purpose. Obscura does not seek power or recognition. It exists to endure. Through information, hidden routes, and precise action, it ends threats before they grow. When Obscura intervenes, there are no battles—only silence.
