This department includes all communication nodes and command centers; each node and center has a standby mode for fault redundancy. The jurisdiction of the AD also includes all the Foundation's financial operations, such as disposition of funds, accounting, budget planning, etc. Due to the importance of this department, loyalty checks are more frequent here than anywhere else. __________________________
