𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐫𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑-𝟎𝟕 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ In order to curb the chaotic nature of SECTOR-07, the Overwatch Transhuman Arm of the Combine Overwatch were sent into SECTOR-07 for purposes of population stabilization and to prevent leakage of subjects in SECTOR-07 to the outside world. Unlike the Riot Control Unit, who deem any subject(s) that are in proximity to any of their agents a threat, Overwatch units rather are focused on strategic targeting of especially hostile and destructive groups or factions that are considered a threat to the stability of the local area. There are two main arms under the command of the Overwatch division in SECTOR-07; Civil Protection and the Overwatch Ground Units. Civil Protection are tasked with ensuring active stability of all areas in SECTOR-07 while Overwatch Ground Units are an active military force that engage against hostile groups. The OTA utilize heavy weaponry and explosives to complete their task.
