Special Containment Procedures Foundation SECURE. CONTAIN. PROTECT. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mobile Task Forces Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand" is comprised of the finest operatives the Foundation has to offer. Acting as a bulwark against all possible threats to the Foundation's executive command, Alpha-1 operatives are able to shelter and safeguard dignitary personnel, as well as secure and lockdown designated areas. In addition to the task force's aforementioned duties, Alpha-1 reports directly to the O5 Council, and is capable of executing special, clandestine operations at an exemplary level.
