Description
Ever since the collapse of the USSR, some had speculated that the return of monarchism in Russia was inevitable. Nobody, however could have expected it to arrive in it's current form. Sergey Taboritsky proclaimed himself as Regent of Russia for the Tsarevich, Alexei Romanov. The new Russian Empire is reportedly a thing of nightmares: a true autocracy in the Russian sense, combined with the radicalism and totalitarian methodology of the Burgundian System. God save Russia - for no-one else can.
