Capitalizing on corrupt world governments, the Insurgency grows larger by the day. Through backdoor deals and outright bribery, the Insurgency secures facilities and bases, exporting intelligence and conducting lucrative firearms deals to maintain to offset their costs. The Chaos Insurgency seeks to use anomalies as a means of utility and progression for humanity, as opposed to simply containing or destroying them.
