"Arcanus Cognito" Welcome to the Research Division of the Authority. Fractured and divided as we may be, we stand together in solidarity under one unifying goal: to further humanity's knowledge of the universe through an understanding of what defies its 'laws'. Through rigorous testing and study of the various objects and phenomena that our organization has managed to acquire, we have been able to find answers to that which was thought by our forebears unconceivable. We are the Authority's eyes into the great void of knowledge, its hands to sculpt it, both the watcher and the listener, its guiding rudder. We have participated as our organisation's ship rowed out of the pits of its ignorant foundation, our members its oarsmen. Our Division offers a wide variety of opportunities, both professional and undisclosed, in many different fields, either strictly scientific or occult. After all, as pioneers for knowledge, there is always more to find the truth.
