Description
𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: The United Nations founded the Invicta Containment Protocols Foundation [ICPF] on July 27th, 1953. The ICPF was founded in the wake of the discovery of anomalous entities and objects and the declassification of the existence of these anomalies in a joint operation between the United States of America’s Department of Defense and The Russian Federation’s Ministry of Defense. Shortly after the declassification of documented anomalies, the international community immediately called an emergency session of the United Nations General Assembly to establish an organization to harbor all universal documentation and operations regarding these anomalies. The ICPF would continue to operate throughout the decades. “What makes loneliness an anguish is not that I have no one to share my burden, but this: I have only my own burden to bear.” - Dag Hammarskold, Secretary General of the United Nations Copyright © 2023, Invicta Containment Protocols, all rights reserved.
