The Empire of the Encyclopedians,or EE,founded by Dr Encyclopedia.--------------------------------------------------------To rank up,you must prove to a council member you are worthy of that rank.--------------------------------------------------- As long as you can use the chat bar in game,you can join.I dont want any super safe people in the EE unless their council alts.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our current group objective is to recruit. We are not strong enough to directly get involved in a war, but as soon as we hit 150 members ill issue the ok.-------------------------------------------------------
