What is NIPAS? - NIPAS is an emergency alert group that responds to police emergencies on alarge scale that smaller departments need help with. In real life they are made up of 83 Law Enforcement Agencies. They provide additional resources. Each officer of those departments is fully equipped and always ready. They are comprised of two teams. The Emergency Services Team (EST) which is a tactical response team (just like LCSO TRT), and another team called the Mobile Field Force (MFF) which is responsible for crowd control or first-hand security on large scale events such as - Protest, Riot, Big Public Events, etc. Basically, riot police. NIPAS allows both departments in our community to be in a tactical squad where they will ignore the agency they Not associated with real life. All just for RP
