Description
SPECIAL BOAT SERVICE "WITH STRENGTH AND GUILE" The Special Boat Service is the Special Forces unit of the Royal Navy. Formed in 1940, it is the first of its kind in the world, and has served the UK with distinction. From WW2 to the Korean War to Konfrontasi to the Falklands War to the 2003 Iraq War and with many other operations to boot, they are a very experienced unit. While fighting in the shadows of the SAS, they perform many similar operations and arguably are as good as the SAS. There is no question they are clearly a formidable force.
