Description

Platinum Crime Organisation - Circa 1923 “Est peccatum propositum.” Based in Las Vegas in the state of Nevada, the P.C.O is a criminal organisation that is diplomatic, trustworthy and very dangerous. They run the Sands Hotel and Casino in Vegas, and make lots of income from said business. However their business in Chicago and other states? New allies, new territory and a whole lot of money.
