Description
The Nutleys are a family of Gale ancestry created in the early 200s AE from Lothad settlers and East Traoran Natives. This lowborn family were basic freemen until the 240s AE when they became subjects of the Barony of Devereux. It was at this time when Raulf Nutley made a name for himself during the Claimancy War in 242 AE but died towards the end of the conflict. The family then left Devereux to escape persecution by Albory Isle, moving to South Oduran. Here they would be minor landowners there over building up a good reputation over the next 12 years. Then in 255 AE, the then head of the family Deleclad Nutley was given a vacant noble seat at Tengervar, becoming baron on the southern Odurani coast, ruling there for a time. Though due to treachery done by Ailen Nutley, the family was no longer welcome and sent away. Now in 258 AE, the family under Raulf II Nutley moved to East Relend where they were given the County of Morith and a chance to restore their house's name.
