Description

The USNC Group is a group where, WE as a group decide on our actions before hand. The Head Chairman (kacjan3210 also founder of this group) and or the Head Chancellor are the ones that will choose the action taken by group if a debate is taking place. Each Council is independent and it decides for itself what they are going for. But only, like already mentioned, the Head Chairman and/or Chancellor, tells the group what actions we are taking. Later on when the facilities will be open, we will have our own: -Base -Outpost -Space Vault -Ship Simulator -=RULES=- 1. Debates will only take place when the Chancellor or Chairman is online. 2. There has to be at least 3 people from each council involved to start a debate. 3. Follow the orders given if required to. 4. Respond to Directives or Requests like, 'Flight training on me', as best or quickly as you can.

Written by the group; not a statement by this register.

Growth

Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
