3rd Guard Battalion, Royal Hawaiian Marines "I loko o nā wai ʻino, lanakila mākou." Through rough waters, we prevail. Status: Battalion-level _________________________________________________________________________________________ A modern day alternate history battalionsized MILSIM (Military Simulation). Based on an alternate reality where the Hawaiian throne was occupied and ultimately taken over much like other Pacific nations such as Tonga and Fiji by the British Empire after the Paulet situation of 1843, but were made independent in 1949 following the Second World War. A referendum brought back the monarchy of the new Kingdom of Hawai'i, thus transforming the Hawaiian Honor Guard into the Royal Hawaiian Guard.
