For a Representative rank you need to be the owner or head admin of a group allied to the faction, to become a Allie just contact me and send a request I’ll look into your group and probably approve you. For a elite military rank you must attend training and do good in a majority of the categories. Again this is a faction so it’s like the EU we will support your group as you will support ours we will give military aid to our members.
