Description
The Septenary of Lorus is a martial brotherhood of seven knights, each sworn to live by one of the Seven Golden Precepts and to bear it through the world as a living article of faith. Where the Temple preaches the Light, the Septenary carries it. Where the Light is questioned, they answer. Where it is denied, they end the question. When a beam falls, the seat is held empty until a man worthy of it is found, and the order rides at six until that hour. Many are tested. Few are chosen. The Septenary does not grow. Each knight bears a single Precept upon his soul and a single Beam upon his banner. He is judged in life and in death by how truly he lived the one entrusted to him.
