Description

In the aftermath of the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, many people across Eastern Europe and Central Asia struggled to cope with the social and economic changes that followed. In 1994, a group of individuals from various backgrounds came together in Moscow to form a grassroots organization aimed at addressing these challenges. Calling themselves the "United Soviet Forces" this organization sought to promote dialogue and cooperation between different social groups and political factions, with a focus on fostering economic development and social justice. They believed that by working together, they could build a brighter future for all citizens of the former Soviet Union. Over the years, the United Soviet Forces has grown in size and influence, expanding its network of members and supporters across the region. Today, they continue to play an important role in shaping public policy and advocating for the rights of marginalized communities in the post-Soviet world.
