Description
The Second Covenant of the Grotto is a political and religious organization formed in 1917, mainly in response to growing opposition against revisionist interpretations in the mainland by lower religious authorities (Most especially the vicars of the southern nations) and to further centralize the religious authority of the Koi. The Second Covenant's membership mainly consists of recognized members of the Sectarian Revisionist Alliance, of which the Covenant is an officially recognized subsidiary of. Presently the Covenant retains special political authority over the Federation of Greater Merendia, previously granted to the SRC by the provisional rule of the nation's gendarmes.
