Welcome! New Tokyo has been established as a fictional cyberpunk roleplay taking place in what used to be named New York City. Ranks must be gained through sessions that are held in game for roleplay purposes. All attending users can either begin as a citizen, criminal, police officer, or any kind of city worker. You may not roleplay as a Metahuman or Division Agent unless given approval by an admin or moderator.
