The accomplishment of this goal requires a well-educated group of scientific minds that can reliably experiment with the anomalous to find ways to use them for the militaristic or economic gain of the Chaos Insurgency. The Insurgency Development Network is responsible for all research and development work within the Chaos Insurgency, and carry out the majority of all scientific work.
