Hello fellow members and welcome to my new group! My previous group has been destroyed by carlife34 so we are going to be posting all of our games on this group now. I would like to give advice when you terminate a Moderations Chief or below. It starts when a higher position like the CMO, issues a suspension for 7 days pending a hearing. The community director or authorized designee like the deputy, then presides over a mandatory community council meeting. The council members cast their votes, and it requires 75% or more of majority vote in-order to terminate the moderator. Anyone who is a moderator has the right to a due process, such as a hearing with the commission board to appeal the termination. The president or vice-president of the commission board will preside over the meeting. Requires 75%+ majority vote to appeal the termination. If the majority says yes, then the authorized ranker must restore the rank. To terminate a CMO: Same process.
