Description
The Covenant fleet, representing the totality of the Covenant's military forces, is charged with the preservation of Covenant sovereignty throughout the Milky Way and the execution of the Covenant High Council's decree. Military command is vested in the Sangheili, but various other Covenant client species serve in its fleets. New members join as Unggoy and may ascend the castes via promotion.
