Description
E.L.M.O. means The Evil, Lying Monster Operation. You have to have one of the E.L.M.O. T-shirts (Look in my t-shirts) BUT you don't have to wear it. You ARE also allowed to create your own HQ for E.L.M.O., but it can't have the word official in it. Status for E.L.M.O.: Practing on shooting moving targets with rockets.
