𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 | 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗢𝗟 OCS is designed to transform capable enlisted personnel and new candidates into commissioned officers through rigorous academic instruction, leadership evaluation, and field training exercises. Candidates will be tested on discipline, decision-making, tactical knowledge, and the ability to lead under pressure. Throughout training, candidates will undergo leadership development courses, tactical scenario evaluations, drill instruction, and command assessments. Only those who demonstrate strong leadership potential, integrity, and resilience will earn a commission as officers within the United States Military. This is where leaders are forged. 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗. 𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗗𝗘.
