We are solving that issue. With staff members who attended brief but highly informational training sessions, we try to give everyone the ideal Role Play experience. I want to be a staff member. How do I join? -To become a staff member, you have to do the following: —To become a Trainee: Complete the quick application to see if you are a good fit for our Medical Center. —To become a Secretary: Pass application and 1 training session. —To become a Nurse: Pass application and 2 training sessions. —To become a Doctor: Pass application and 3 training sessions. —To become a supervisor/manager, be scouted by a manager or board member!
