Description
The specialized civil division of RC, Relations Committee, handles external relations from the outside regarding Nobody. The diplomats within the department handle raid times, relations, alliances. There are two cells, Analysts and Diplomats. Analysts do extreme and careful observation, information finding, and analyzing to find out more about the Group of Interest, and whether to even hold an alliance with them. Diplomats do careful negotiations while staying cool under the face of adversity. Must be Rank II+ to apply, be in the communications server, and send a request before applying.
