Description
The Department of External Affairs (DEA) is tasked with managing diplomacy between NCO and other Groups of Interest (GI). DEA personnel may also be tasked with the recruitment of Class-D personnel. The Department of External Affairs is a civil department. Personnel willing to apply for the Department of External Affairs must do so by joining the DEA Public Communications server which may be found in the Foundation Bulletin. Further instructions will be supplied by the DEA high ranks (HR).
