Every body has their own story, and there is no way for me to know exactly how you're feeling. What I do know is that you're upset. This group is designed to help you with that. We can't fully make the pain go away, but you can. You just need to get to help yourself. Don't ever lose hope. In this group we have people that will help you, and people that are in need of help. Here we will help you recover, even if it doesn't seem possible. You can tell us anything. We want to help you. We want you to feel better. Just remember these words; "You Can" and you will be able to go through any situation. Don't give up, don't give in. I know it seems hard right now, but things will get better!
