Lore: —————————— The Province Of Rowhain was given its named by Arthur the Conqueror or otherwise known as Arthur Rowhain, he began the construction of a small village closely near the coast. This village soon became a haven, and brought many other villages which would be built close by. Arthur Rowhain spent all his time into the village and would soon form a somewhat council. After many fatal wars the quaint area had managed to stay intact. Although the people who lived there had real idea of what would come next. A Council would later be formed and then a list of tenets that all people were expected to follow. The Council would soon become prominent in leading the people and would be led by Arthur Rowhain still with his nickname “Arthur The Conquerer” that was given to him for his valiant efforts in constructing the Village. As the village has seen many good days and bad days it is still as beautiful as it was when it was constructed many years ago. Founded By: 2/28/21
