𝐄𝐣𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 A depiction of the Philippine Revolutionary Army in the 1890's. The Philippine Revolutionary Army, or known as the Filipino Army later on was a military organization first formed in 1896 to fight the Spanish Colonial Army, soon in 1898 following Emilio Aguinaldos election as president, the scattered sandatahanes [Militia] would be re-organized into proper units under 33 Battalions intended to fight conventionally otherwise known as 'Guerra Moderna' This army would soon be tested by the American Forces in the Philippines in February of 1899 after afew months of preparations. As the war dragged on, the Filipino Army transitioned into a guerilla phase in November of 1899 as the Army could no longer sustain itself in conventional warfare. ¡𝐕𝐢𝐯𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐬!
