DISTRICT ˖ DUNAMIS ESTABLISHED 2026 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ District Dunamis was formed after Foundation science personnel successfully conceived a man-made star within an underground testing facility located in British Columbia, nestled in a valley somewhere in the Canadian Rockies. Upon discovery that the man-made star could be used as a potential power source or munitions for future experiments, the O5 Council ruled to establish an experimental site to be built upon the pre-existing laboratory. The SCP Foundation is a government-backed organization responsible for safeguarding humanity from anomalous beings and their strange phenomena. Oversight of the Foundation rests with a council made up of exceptionally capable individuals. Its many departments each serve distinct purposes, yet all contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization. At its core, the Foundation follows a singular mission: "Secure. Contain.
