Pain is something everyone experiences in life, whether it’s emotional or physical. Sometimes the deepest pain is the kind nobody sees, the kind you hide behind a smile while fighting battles in your own mind. Pain can come from losing people, being betrayed, feeling misunderstood, or giving your all to people who wouldn’t do the same for you. It can make you question your worth, change the way you see people, and make it harder to trust again. But pain also teaches you lessons that happiness never could. It shows you who is truly there for you, how strong you can be, and how to protect your peace. Healing takes time, and not every wound disappears completely, but eventually, you learn to live with the things that once broke you. Pain may change you, but it doesn’t have to define you. 🖤
