Description

The High Emperium is a military dictatorship led by his royal majesty, the King. In their most desperate hour, the King bought the hearts of the people with promises of order, justice, and security for all who followed him. And thus, he named himself King of the High Emperium and built a new regime with the sole intent to rule over this desolated world. ------------------------------------------------------------ Establishment: Communications: Available Below Logo Credit: RessyIsBored
