Description
"Creating logic out of Illogic" The Chaos Insurgency is a splinter group of the SCP Foundation that formed from the creation of the O5 Council's "Insurgency" comprised of operatives from MTF Alpha-1. The Insurgency then went AWOL on a mission and went against the O5 Council. Nowadays the Chaos Insurgent is a large military and research organization against the Foundation and will do anything in their way to get what they want. CI tend to raid Foundation sites to capture SCP's or cause breaches in sites to exhaust the Foundations resources.
