𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝘊𝘢𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘩 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘥𝘰𝘮 After Rey Ferdinand VII of Spain died, there was no apparent heir to the throne besides Isabella II. Ferdinand's brother. Carlos de Borbon was not happy about this. Originally, Carlos would have become the King of Spain but the recently passed Pragmatic Sanction of 1830 allowed female heirs to succeed the throne. A war broke out between the 'Cristinos' under Isabella II and the 'Carlists' under Carlos de Borbon. Founded 3/4/20
