Description
In Universe-XIAS, in 2012 the United Nations deployed new tactics to employ people into their cause. This is done via the usage of biological warfare secretly in Miami and New York, using viruses that make people want to rip themselves a part. Some of the groups studied in Universe-XIAS either attempt to stop the United Nations, or help them in their cause for destruction.
