ππππππππππ ππππππππ ππ ππππ --- The Chaos Insurgency was founded in 1924 as a secret special operations squad to do the dirty-work for the foundation. Originally known to others as a group of combative personnel that split from the Foundation, they did many questionable acts to keep the Foundation's appearance clean. On [REDACTED], 1948, multiple raids across multiple Foundation sites all over the globe were executed by the exact same covert team, who were praised by the O5 Council for their loyalty and dedication.
