The Village Hidden in The Clouds Information: Kumogakure (雲隠れの里, Kumogakure no Sato; Literally meaning "Village Hidden by Clouds") is the hidden village of the Land of Lightning.As one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, Kumogakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Raikage. Kages: 1st Rai: Aerosoul Rules: 1st Rule: Any signs or reports of discourtesy to any other Kage or our preceding and current Raikage. Punishment: Demotion or being exiled , This will be based on the severity of the discourtesy! 2nd Rule: Do not disrespect fellow ninja, random kill or attack allies. Punishment: Demotion by choice of HoD or higher rank ninja. 3rd: Do not try to cause a war. Punishment: Current Raikage will personally exiled you. Thank you and try to have fun!
