Welcome to the Hunger Games. This is, obviously, a Hunger Games Roleplay. Every 5 games we have a Quarter Quell. There are 2 tributes for each district, a female and a male. If one role is not filled and we begin, that tribute is killed in the bloodbath. Or, if you make a character and never use it and are inactive, that character shall be allowed to be killed.
